L&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;entreprise. Cependant, il est beaucoup plus vaste et plus complexe. Dites-le aux 45 millions d&rsquo;Espagnols et aux 7,6 millions de Catalans.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons tous \u00e9t\u00e9 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;entrepreneurs. C&rsquo;est ce qui arrive quand on vit dans un \u00e9tat pand\u00e9mique. Que les coutumes changent, que les rituels \u00e9voluent et que des d\u00e9placements sont n\u00e9cessaires pour vivre en bonne sant\u00e9 et dans la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Covid 19 a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 certains changements souhait\u00e9s dans la structure et la dynamique \u00e9conomiques et a fait appara\u00eetre de nouveaux mod\u00e8les de comportement social. Nous avons trouv\u00e9 dans la num\u00e9risation notre nouvelle expression de vie et notre nouvelle comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ce virus nous a trop vol\u00e9. Les baisers et les c\u00e2lins que nous n&rsquo;avons pas re\u00e7us et que nous n&rsquo;avons pas donn\u00e9s, les moments sp\u00e9ciaux dont nous n&rsquo;avons pas pu profiter. Nous avons ressenti plus d&rsquo;absence que de pr\u00e9sence.<\/p>\n<p>Certains d&rsquo;entre eux nous seront bient\u00f4t rendus et d&rsquo;autres, malheureusement, ne le seront pas. Nous nous souvenons profond\u00e9ment de toutes les personnes importantes qui nous ont quitt\u00e9s cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que projet d&rsquo;entreprise, nous sommes n\u00e9s au milieu de la pand\u00e9mie. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 en m\u00eame temps que le reste de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 espagnole et catalane. Avec les m\u00eames peurs, les m\u00eames incertitudes et les m\u00eames r\u00eaves d&rsquo;une vie meilleure.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce travail en commun qui nous a permis de nous rapprocher de plus en plus des besoins et des attentes de nos clients, de mieux \u00e9tudier les contextes et les situations.<\/p>\n<p>La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est que nous vivions trop dans le bruit et que cette pand\u00e9mie nous a permis de mieux \u00e9couter.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre confin\u00e9, de ne pas rester immobile, nous a fourni une plate-forme de r\u00e9flexion sur le monde dans lequel nous vivons, qui est parfois trop rapide et convulsif. Une r\u00e9flexion pour se reconna\u00eetre et reconna\u00eetre notre environnement dans un monde globalis\u00e9 et liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Un monde o\u00f9 les changements se produisent en quelques secondes et o\u00f9, plus que de raison, la rigidit\u00e9 des proc\u00e9dures et la bureaucratie du secteur public laissent dans l&rsquo;ombre de nombreuses questions d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Toute cette marge d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration et tout cet espace d&rsquo;intervention \u00e9conomique, social et environnemental peuvent \u00eatre couverts par l&rsquo;agilit\u00e9, la flexibilit\u00e9 et la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 du secteur priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a un an, nous avons sign\u00e9 le manifeste de notre marque,<a href=\"http:\/\/wearepropos.es\/nosotros\/\">\u00ab\u00a0No brand behind<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, pour affirmer que toutes les marques ont la capacit\u00e9 de se transformer. Quelles que soient leur taille, leur \u00e9tendue et leur morphologie.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons sign\u00e9 No brand behind pour exprimer le pouvoir des marques \u00e0 transformer le monde, main dans la main avec une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile organis\u00e9e, active et militante et le secteur public, qui a besoin de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie priv\u00e9e pour une gouvernance saine et fonctionnelle de notre vie commune.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce que demande le public. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, \u00e0 la fin de cette ann\u00e9e complexe et difficile, mais stimulante et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie, nous r\u00e9affirmons une fois de plus que l&rsquo;image de marque est un instrument qui va au-del\u00e0 de la communication pour faire partie de la strat\u00e9gie et du c\u0153ur.
